A copy of the disclosure report must be given to the prospective purchaser, allowing ample time for review, prior to signing the purchase contract and receipt for disclosure report. Signed receipts shall be maintained at the office of the developer for a period of not less than five (5) years. Receipts shall be subject to inspection at any reasonable time by the Department.
